Independent by design.
The work starts from the business problem and the evidence, not a technology solution. No implementation agenda, no hidden vendor selection, no required follow-on.
Independence charter
- I do not resell technology, take vendor fees or receive referral commissions.
- I do not assure a programme I diagnosed, redesigned or helped deliver.
- Findings go to the accountable executive, after a factual-accuracy check with the programme team. The team does not edit the conclusions.
- Every finding traces to a document, data point, observation or interview.
- A recommendation to stop, pause or spend less is an acceptable outcome.
What I deliberately do not do
- Advisory support for leadership teams. Not technology implementation, staff augmentation or project delivery.
- Independent challenge without another delivery layer: not a PMO, implementation team or outsourced transformation leadership.
- No required follow-on after the Diagnostic.
Who you work with
You work directly with me, drawing on 30 years of enterprise technology and transformation leadership. Specialists join only where the problem needs deeper domain expertise.
Confidentiality
- All enquiries are treated as confidential.
- A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before any documents are shared.
- Client names and logos are not published. Case studies use neutral descriptors.
